Nicrallium TA6V ELI Grade 23 98.5mm Discs

The NICRALLIUM®  TA6V ELI – Grade 23 disc is a dental alloy to be machined and cast, non-precious, based on type 5 titanium, for metal-ceramic dental restorations.  This alloy is used for the manufacture of orthopaedic prostheses.

• SURFACE WORK OF THE ELEMENT

Practice in a classic way with clean instruments in good condition. Sandblasting with 50u alumina using a non-recycled sandblaster is essential. The pressure will be 5 to 7kg, the part must have a uniform matte appearance. Cleaning can be done with a jet of steam (approximately 5kg) or 10 minutes with ultrasound in ethyl acetate or alcohol at 90°. In case of impurities start again from scraping.

• CERAMIC FIRING

• FINISHING

Sandblasting of the intrados with 25 or 50μ alumina.

Polishing: rubber, pumice, polishing paste and cream.
