Once you have chosen Techceram as your Lab to Lab partner you can be confident you’re not alone when it comes to understanding, operating and maintaining your equipment and software.

 

Full equipment & software set up

From a single item such as a mill, or scanner to a full lab digital workflow Techceram are there to get you started and keep your production running smoothly. Our qualified technicians will configure your equipment and install software ensuring everything is operational before leaving the site.

Training

Equipment

Once your lab is set up our Lab technicians will train you on the operation of the equipment, as well as providing hints and tips on optimal operational, performance, care of your equipment. These steps will assist you and extend the life of your kit.

Software

Training on ExoCAD and Hyperdent is usually delivered in our training facility. This is delivered by our qualified Lab technicians who use the software daily in our milling centre. Techceram has decades of knowledge we share with our Lab and clinical clients to enable growth in skills. CPD certificates can be issued for training carried out.

Helpdesk

We offer a facility for client Labs to call with questions, while in production and make every endeavour to help swiftly. This is an option available as part of our maintenance agreements.

Maintenance & Support

Preventative maintenance

So that your Laboratory is running at its best and the risk of breakdowns is reduced, we provide an on-site bi-annual maintenance visit. Our technicians will check equipment, review the usage, service, clean and re-calibrate milling machines, to ensure that your equipment can operate at optimum performance.

Proactive is better than reactive. By keeping your equipment running smoothly, we ensure that you support your customers and experience a first-rate return on investment.

Support and call outs

Our comprehensive maintenance plan is designed to keep you operational. So, if you have an unexpected breakdown, simply call our hotline and we’ll either solve the issue over the phone, dial in with team viewer, or send our technician on site within 48 hours to ensure you are back up and running as quickly as possible.

If the repair requires manufacturer intervention we will arrange via TeamViewer support for you.

For milling and 3D print, we also can offer a back-up service in the rare instance a repair cannot be made on the first contact.

Fixed cost

With the Annual Support Plan, you spread the care cost of support and maintenance.
